OUTFIT | Twenty-One

I don't know about you, but I'm feeling twenty...one.
Okay, so the song doesn't rhyme when you change the lyrics, but still.
Happy 21st Birthday to me!

I'm not a drinker. At all. So, 21 isn't that big of a deal for me.
I'm more exited because I can sit in the bar portions of restaurants, and I don't hold my boyfriend back.
Also, my roommate can legally have alcohol in the apartment now, so that's cool.
But, drinking isn't the only thing I gain from turning 21 in America.
I can gamble--which I'm not going to do. And, adopt a child, which I probably won't do for a decade or so, and, I won't have a probationary license. Exciting.
I recently bought this dress from Target's site and I just fell in love with it. It's a shift dress, which is not great for us plus size gals, but I took the plunge and bought it. I figured I would just put a skirt over it anyway.
It has a cute peter pan collar and this gorgeous lace inspired floral print.  I threw on my over worn and abused pleated skirt and belted it with a basic brown belt. I opted for tights because it is quite chilly out, and brown boots. And, for venturing outside, I added a brown cardigan.

Now off for lunch and other festivities.
Have a lovely day!
