Happy Birthday to meeeeee!

I decided to take some photos while waiting for my boyfriend to get ready, and I really enjoyed the turnout. I recently invested in a 50mm lens for my new body, and it's done wonders. I can do bokeh, which is one of the first things I took photos of. I love the look the 50mm gives, especially with a low aperture, because the depth of field is fantastic. I love the almost drawn fine lines around the subject and how much it stands out from the background. These were taken with a decently low aperture, not a very low one, and I still love it.
