Fall Arrives with Berkshire Tights

Saturday, September 30, 2017

Autumn has finally arrived here in the Midwest and it's time to bust out the tights. If you've been following me for awhile, you'd know that I am a tight fiend and hoard tights like no other. You thought I liked hats and skirts? You haven't seen a fraction of my tights collection.

When I was contacted to review Berkshire tights, I immediately said yes. I've reviewed Berkshire tights before so I knew that I could give a truthful and grounded review, which are the only kind of reviews I make.

Fashion Fishnet Tights, Berkshire, Berkshire tights

Berkshire is one of those brands that when you put on their legwear, you know you're going to be in good hands. I've had these fishnets before and they're so comfortable and so edgy. Fishnets are always so great in early Fall because though they don't offer a lot of warmth and coverage, they still add some visual interest and help to balance an outfit.

Get Skinny Tights, Berkshire, Berkshire tights

Outfit coming soon!

The Get Skinny! tights are great for keeping things in place without restriction. They're cooling, they stay in place, and they have a great balance between sheerness and opaqueness, ranging from 40 to 70 denier.

Easy On Tights, Berkshire, Berkshire tights

The Easy On tights are easily my favorite tights, because, like the Get Skinny!, they don't restrict and they stay up, but they don't fall down and roll down like other tights do. They also come in an array of deniers, so you can easily find your right coverage.

What I love about Berkshire is that they're size inclusive, so everyone can enjoy their tights. I would definitely recommend these tights.

You can check out Berkshire here:

And, if you pick some up, make sure to tag Berkshire with the tags #berkshirelegs #itfitsitflatters #alookforeveryleg

Though these items were sent for free for review, my opinions are my own.

Stepping into Fall with GlassesShop

Sunday, September 24, 2017

Glasses are necessity for millions of Americans, myself included. I got my first pair at eighteen and not surprising, I still need them to see almost seven years later. But, I love glasses, I love how different they can make a person look and how they can elevate and make a whole outfit! So, when GlassesShop reached out and asked if I wanted to collaborate on a post, I jumped at the opportunity.

I received the Wind Aviator style, and these glasses aren't what I usually go for. They're metal, they have separate nose pads, and they're aviator style, but I took a chance and I really really like them! I like the extra bar that the aviator style lends to these glasses, and the mix of tortoise and gold is lovely! The sides have this sort of ornate gold styling, which is so interesting and unique.

Ordering from GlassesShop is so easy! Find the eyeglasses you want and check out--it's impossibly simple. GlassesShop has a huge selection of frames for everyone, from non-prescription to prescription, they'll have the eyeglasses online that you're looking for. They even have prescription sunglasses!

If you want to try out GlassesShop yourself, you can use the coupon code GSHOT50 to get 50% off all eyeglasses and sunglasses with free lens (excluding sale frames) on the GlassesShop site! I would highly recommend trying out GlassesShop, and for the price, there is no risk.

Do you wear glasses? What style of glasses do you like? I like big lens so I don't see my frames, so I'm definitely interested in your guys' picks!

Late Summer Lookbook ft ZanStyle

Monday, September 04, 2017

ZanStyle A Line Skirt // Tie Sleeve Blouse

This cute a line skirt looks so great for office wear, as it's modest bust also trendy--it's like a modern take on an a line skirt. I love it.

ZanStyle A line Mini Skirt // Bell Sleeve Top

A mini skirt paired with a longer sleeve blouse in a darker color makes this a little warmer for those chilly late summer nights.

ZanStyle Cold Shoulder Dress // Sandals

A sweet summer dress like this is perfectly paired with brown wide sandals to bring this white ensemble into Fall territory.

ZanStyle Off the Shoulder Top // Suede Skirt

A great way to keep the summer vibe without looking super out-of-season is to pair your summer item with a different season item, like a suede maxi skirt.

As a plus sized gal, online shopping is really hard when you can't actually try stuff on. I'm in the middle range where I can wear a standard XL in most things and a 1X in plus size. ZanStyle has a decent amount of XL and a few extended sizes to accommodate a range of people. The size guide is accurate, which is great if you measure yourself before buying clothing.

I'm pretty happy with these items and they are great quality. ZanStyle was originally an Amazon store that has branched out to their own site, and that's inspiring to other Amazon sellers. Ultimately, I would recommend ZanStyle if you're into trendy pieces and if you know your measurements well. If you're on the more plus sized spectrum, they may not be the best choice, as there are only a few garments that are extended sizes.
