It's not as warm as it seems.
Thrifted Hat
We've had a few days this month where the weather has been sunny and warm and actually April weather--this was not one of those days. Windy, damp and chilly, it wasn't a day to wear velvet, but I did anyway.
I love pink for Spring (obviously), so I wanted to match pink with pink and hints of black for a safe yet Springtime look. This paisley dress as a top is a perfect compliment to the velvet skirt, and the large black hat and heeled booties help balance the outfit out.
We found this cute area in the Municipal Complex in Fishers, and it's just super cute with hanging lights, so we had to take photos here after a lovely brunch at Another Broken Egg. It was the perfect weekend day!
