This is the closest thing to a Valentine's outfit that I will ever get.
Last weekend, Tony and I met up with some coworkers at an arcade bar. and we discovered a little pocket of free parking with a great backdrop of the city. Honestly, it's a dream come true, because if there is one thing that annoys Tony about going downtown, it's paying for parking. We decided to go there today to shoot my outfit after our lunch in the city.
I've had this pink number since the Fall, but it didn't feel right to wear until now. Pastels in winter are so perfect, especially in the month of love! I toned down the pink with black, with the black button skirt and a black mock neck top. I wanted some collar action so I layered a Peter Pan collar blouse with a bow under the mock neck top. I really love this cute look, from the red hat to the hearts on the tights. Speaking of tights, I'm wearing 2 pairs and my legs were still freezing in that whipping wind.
My 24th is coming up at the end of this month and it's been hell of a year: from chopping my hair off to starting a new career, 23 was a year of changes. Let's hope year 24 is the same.
