OUTFIT | It's Not Enough to Be Dumbstruck

DO YOU SEE THAT?! That is water rolling onto the shore, birds chirping happily, and trees getting their leaves back.
I can almost here the sound of millions of coats flying off.

In celebration of this Springlike weather, I decided to ditch my dark colors for the day and bask in some colors.
I love this mint polka dot blouse. The peter pan collar is feminine, and it's not so sheer, which is an added plus. The color is a perfect Spring color, and it's lovely.
I paired it with my ever-present pleated skirt from Forever 21, and I belted it with a thrifted floral belt.
I topped it off (literally) with a white knit beanie from H&M, and ankle boots.
