The in-between period between Winter and Spring is the hardest to style, in my experience. It's too warm for a coat, but too cold for a jacket. The weather flip flops; it's snowing one day, and then warm and sunny the next. That's not hyperbole, that is the current weather forecast.

Isn't this lace top just darling? I found it while thrifting and it so on trend for Spring. I couldn't wait to wear it, and today's warm weather and sunny disposition sounded like the perfect time. I paired it with some darker pieces, like the skirt, duster and booties, to make it a bit more winter. I love leather and lace (like everyone else in the world) so, the skirt/lace combo is just a dream! I wanted to accessorize with gold, because the booties have a hint of gold at the heel, and it adds some warmth to a monochrome outfit.  With the addition of a hat and a swipe of red lipstick, this outfit is pretty perfect.  Also, check out the new ink! It's in the scabby phase of healing, but I'm still in absolute love with it.
