Pretend Beach

Indiana has no real beaches, but it doesn't mean I can't pretend that I'm at one.

Okay, so Indiana has some beaches, like the ones that border the Great Lakes, but coming from a state (Florida) when I was always half an hour away from a beach, that's really not worth it. I see all these cute babes wearing swimsuits and I'm so insanely jealous because I have nowhere to wear one to! I mean, my apartment does have a really nice pool, and I do live on a lake (that you can't swim in), but that can't compare to the sandy, warm waters of the beach. I saw someone on Pinterest wearing this bandeau and I knew I needed it. And, for $4, it definitely was going to be worth it. With a pair of flowy high shorts, a kimono tied in the front and some sandals, it's the perfect beach side outfit.

Now, if only I had a beach...
