You know those day where you're like, "I don't want my thighs to touch?" Yeah, that was me today.
I love skirts--I have 20+ skirts. But, sometimes you just want to wear pants and let your legs be segregated for a little while, even in the hot summer sun.

I splurged (can you splurge at Target?) on this Who What Wear for Target top last weekend and it's the perfect fall shade. I'm not a ruffle person but I couldn't get over it's gorgeous ruffles. The boyfriend actually picked out this color because he said he knows I like it, so A+ for him. It's pretty, I love it and just couldn't wait to style it. I feel like I copped out with just pairing it with jeans, but as I said before, I'm not a ruffle person and I don't know how to style it in a balanced outfit without adding something long and form fitting at the bottom.

Want to know what luck is? Luck is finding a camisole at Forever 21 the same color as your top, in your size and it being the last one. Am I the only one who wears a cami under most tops? Camisoles add that extra barrier between me and the top and I have always thought that if my top gets ruined and I have to take it off, at least I have a cami underneath.
