Forever 21 Hat
This sweet little pink skirt is the newest edition to my closet and it's perfect for Spring! I recently found it hanging all by itself in a local secondhand store, with it's original tags attached, and I just had to grab it. The lightweight fabric, the pretty pleats--it's going to be great for the Spring/Summer season.
I paired the skirt with another thrifted item, a lace blouse. I thrifted this years ago and it's a staple in my warm weather wardrobe because it's delicate and light and goes great with lots of things.
Recently. I've been getting really into watercolor painting. There is just something so relaxing and gratifying about watercolors and how easy the clean up is. I've been experimenting with them lately, and my favorite color to use has been a dark pink. The wonderful part about watercolors is that the more water you add, the lighter and less opaque the color and this pink skirt reminds me of the shade of pink I've been gravitating to.
