I found this bell sleeved beauty on the rack in the thrift store and I grabbed it immediately. Black, bell sleeved, and under $10? I was sold. The statement sleeve enhances the otherwise basic or causal outfit, but I can already imagine it with a skirt. Definitely a great late summer/early fall piece.
