Hello!
Office space.
I've never seen myself in an office environment, I'm a little to antsy for that. I can't sit still or stand still for more than a couple minutes. But, I always wish I could dress like the women in Mad Men, or lead a team of people in an office workplace and have funny conversations like in IT Crowd. But, I don't think I could ever see myself in a cubicle or in a office with a blind covered glass front. I work for a big company, but I don't have an office. I have a desk with a computer that has no blocked websites. And, I wear a purple polo and khaki pants, so it's nothing like Mad Men. At all.
Fitted skirts remind me of office attire. I wouldn't consider this skirt to be a pencil skirt, at all, but it's not a-line or skater skirt, either. So, I'm calling it an office skirt. Just because it reminds me of one and not because it is, because it isn't. I paired my color blocked office skirt with my striped tee, and added my leopard print scarf. It's actually unseasonably chilly here recently, so the scarf was pretty good to have. I love the mix in prints and colors. Black and brown are timeless, and though sometimes it's a faux pas, it's still lovely. I added my envelope clutch for a pop of color and off I went!
