After an insane week long cold, and really terrible weather, I'm back!
Anorak--Thrift//Top--Forever 21//Shorts--Thrift//Boots--Target
Understatement of the year: colds suck. For a week they make you feel like you'd rather be dead than to have one. I still have a nasty cough but I can breathe through my nose so that's a plus.
The sun is kinda out--it's like permanent overcast, where the sky is a yellow grey but you don't know where exactly the sun is. But, thankfully it's warmer than it has been the last few days. It means I can bust out some pieces of my summer wardrobe. I recently bought these boots at Target, and if you follow my Instagram, you've already seen them in their glory. I've had some real luck with Target's boots, so these $11 clearance boots will be great in my black boot collection.
I paired these boots with a new button up from Forever 21 that I got for free last week in one of their BOGO sales, which was pretty cool. Button ups used to be such a staple in my wardrobe and I'm trying to bring a little bit of that back with this. I threw on an anorak over the top and some shorts and tada! An outfit was born.
