The faucet is dripping, the heater is running, and there is frost on my windows.
In short, it's cold. It's single digits cold.

People always ask me if I'm cold when I wear what I wear, as if I'm going outside not prepared for the weather. The answer is, no, I'm not usually cold. If I'm wearing jeans, there are fleece lined leggings under there, and fleece socks under boots. There are unseen layers that keep me warm in weather like this! Plus, I'm not spending extended periods of time outside, anyway. That's why you don't see fashion bloggers in puffer coats and thermal baselayers. This hat is the perfect grey for winter. It's marled, it's wool, and it's warm, which is a perfect mix for the winter. Grey isn't my favorite color, but I think that it's a mix of chic and clean. To me, grey is winter epitomized--grey is the color of the sky, the color of the old snow, and the color of the bare trees-so it's only natural that grey is having a moment in fashion.

Leather jackets are becoming a staple of mine and I'm only a tiny bit sorry about wearing this one often. I can't help it! It turns any outfit into a put together, street style ready, outfit.
