Does anyone else feel that way about expensive items? You want to get every penny out of it and so you use it all the time? I know that you're all probably sick of this beautiful yellow cardigan but I gotta get my use out it!

This chambray shirt is actually a men's shirt, but when thrifting, you can't limit yourself to just one department. I've had this shirt for years, and I really felt the need to wear chambray today to channel the Fall weather that is happening outside. It definitely doesn't feel like Spring outside--this is the first break in the rain that there has been in close to a week. It's been cold, rainy and actually snowing that last few days, so Fall has been on the mind, not Spring!  I layered the shirt under a black skirt and threw on a bright chunky cardigan for warmth and color, and added some scrunchy socks and Chelsea boots. With the addition of simple gold jewelry, this Fall inspired Spring outfit is perfect for Monday wanderings.
