It's date night!

Tony and I don't go on a lot of "dates", really. We go out and do things and enjoy each other's company, but we aren't traditional daters.

If I'm being honest, I'm not a romantic person. I love love, I love being in love, I love loving someone, but being romantic doesn't come natural to me. I always thought that finding "the one" would change that, but nope, still just as unromantic as I was seven years ago. I think that the key to a successful relationship is understanding how to love someone else and maybe that in itself is romantic?

We went out to Japanese and dined on hibachi steak and miso soup, which I forgot that I absolutely loved. I've never been to a Japanese steakhouse and it was such a treat! Since it was out first date in a long time, we didn't opt for the hibachi experience, but I didn't mind!

This dress was a birthday gift from Tony to me and I adore it. He saw me looking at it in the store because I love the micro floral print and the sleeves and knew it was my style. I decided to style it in a late winter witch way. But, I can totally see it being styled in a sweet romantic way.

I can do romance in fashion. Maybe I'm a little bit romantic after all!?
