Pretty in...a pinafore?

I don't think this is the most perfect pinafore I could have ever gotten, I think the panel in the front is too narrow, and the skirt is too short, but I do love the look of it. I've been looking for pinafores for what feels like forever now, because I really like the look, but it's hard finding one that isn't overall style. Some people look great in overalls, I am not one of them.

I love the look of layering a super feminine top under these kinds of pinafores, so I added this Peter Pan collared blouse and added tights and heeled boots. I love this feminine look, but I'm still kinda iffy about pinafores as a whole on me. I'll have to style them a few more before I give it yay or nay.
